The staff were absolutely phenomenal, ensuring a warm and welcoming vibe. The 7th floor terrace restaurant served a lovely breakfast with fantastic views. Still, the dated furnishings and issues with cleanliness of the bathroom were disappointing. The noise from the surrounding area and ineffective air conditioning did detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location offers an incredible view of the port, and we really enjoyed watching the ships while eating breakfast. The staff were friendly and engaging, which made traveling with my three grandchildren easier and more fun. The restaurant on the 7th floor was a highlight, with great ambiance.

My children wanted a kids' area for some playtime.

The location of the hotel was pretty good overlooking a commercial harbor from the 7th-floor bar where I could just sit there and sip coffee watching the ferries come and go. What stood out most was the staff they were incredibly helpful and polite after a long day they allowed us to leave our bags while we explored before our late flight.

Breakfast stood out with its quality, especially the inclusion of gluten-free options, served in a dining room with a wonderful view of the harbor. However, the decor felt outdated, reminiscent of the 70s, and noise from the port could be distracting until you got used to it. While the walk to the city center took 15-20 minutes, the friendly staff, especially Yulia and Giovanna, made the stay more enjoyable with their helpfulness.
